The sun was scorching and it was midsummer. On July 19, Zhejiang Qingda Rubber Co., Ltd. held its 2024 semi-annual business meeting at the Jiangnan Art Museum. It summarized and reviewed the business work in the first half of the year, studied and deployed measures to further deepen the reform, and planned key tasks for the second half of the year to help the company develop high-quality development. This meeting was attended by managers and deputy managers from all departments, and was chaired by General Manager Li Wenqing.
The meeting was based on the management goals of "new energy, new strategy, new development, and further growth" in 2024, benchmarked the half-year business plan and the completion of work in the first half of the year, and made specific arrangements for key tasks in the second half of the year.
At the meeting, each department manager reported on the operations in the first half of the year from customer development, product research and development, KPI assessment indicators, human resources, production safety, etc. At the same time, the collaborative department managers conducted cross-analysis and comments on the completion of the mentioned departments, so that the reporting department managers could understand the shortcomings of the work in the first half of the year and improve the work in the second half of the year!

Second, we must be market-oriented, consistently pay attention to customer needs, focus on demand, and serve customers well. Third, it is necessary to adjust sales customers. Sales performance of non-European and American customers in the second half of the year must increase by 20%. Fourth, we must strictly enforce the development process and improve the one-time delivery rate of new products. Fifth, we must identify problems according to the company's KPI assessment indicators and make timely improvements. Sixth, we must improve quality, reduce costs, reduce energy consumption, and enhance the company's competitiveness. Seventh, we must complete the rooftop "photovoltaic power generation" project as soon as possible to increase the company's benefits. Eighth, we must complete the equipment for new production capacity this year as scheduled to provide a basic guarantee for development. Ninth, we must promote the implementation and construction of the “Rubber Refining Center Project”. Tenth, we must promote the completion of "digital, intelligent and informatized" projects and contribute to "Qingda University's growth in 30 years." On the 11th, we must improve execution. Twelve, we must consistently promote reform, focus on production, and ensure safety, so that Qingda can take off!
