1. Compounding & Mixing - Dozens of raw materials (e.g., rubber, carbon black, additives) are mixed under high heat in an internal mixer to create high-performance compounds—the foundation of tire quality.
2. Component Preparation - The compounds are processed through calenders and extruders into precise semi-finished components like tread, plies, and sidewalls.
3. Building - All components are accurately assembled layer by layer on a building machine to form a complete "green tire," which is shaped but not yet cured.
4. Vulcanization - The "green tire" is cured in a high-temperature and high-pressure mold to acquire its final tread pattern, stable shape, and superior elasticity.
5. Final Inspection - Every tire must undergo rigorous inspections, including X-ray and balance tests, to ensure 100% pass rate before packaging and shipping.
