In love with Women’s Day, law and health go hand in hand—Women’s Day special event of Zhejiang Qingda Rubber Co., Ltd.

In the spring-filled month of March, we celebrate the 115th International Women's Day. Every corner of the world is filled with warm and joyful voices: I wish all female friends in the company a happy holiday!

In order to celebrate this festival that belongs to all women, Zhejiang Qingda Rubber Co., Ltd. organized a unique event on the afternoon of March 8 under the careful planning of Mr. Li and Secretary Fang of the party branch. It combined legal knowledge lectures with female physiological knowledge, aiming to enhance female employees’ legal awareness, improve self-protection capabilities, and deepen their understanding of female physiological health.

Lecture on legal knowledge: Protecting “her” rights and interests

This lecture specially invited Wang Xia, a legal expert from Samsung Law Firm, as the guest speaker. Attorney Wang used easy-to-understand language to provide an in-depth analysis of common types of marital disputes and coping strategies. She emphasized that women should enhance their legal awareness in marriage and learn to use legal weapons to protect their legitimate rights and interests. Encourage female employees to stand up and speak out for themselves when facing injustice.

Propaganda of female physiological knowledge: caring for “her” health

After the legal knowledge lecture, the company immediately launched a female physiological knowledge promotion activity. The lecture was delivered by Zhang Junhua, a gynecologist and deputy director of Yongkang Maternal and Child Health Hospital specially invited by the company. Dean Zhang explained the knowledge of female physiology in a simple and easy-to-understand way with vivid pictures and texts. Dean Zhang also gave a focused explanation on the prevention of "two cancers" (breast cancer and cervical cancer), reminding female employees to pay attention to their own health and develop the habit of regular physical examinations. She particularly emphasized the importance of regular physical examinations and gynecological examinations, and taught methods of self-examination.
