On March 6, a warm spring breeze, Zhejiang Qingda Rubber Co., Ltd. ushered in the second "Company Safety Production Day". This is not only a day to remember lessons and alert ourselves, but also an important day for enterprises to deepen safety management and strengthen employees' safety awareness. To this end, Qingda Company has formulated the "Four Ones" Safety Day themed activity, aiming to comprehensively enhance employees' safety awareness and practical capabilities through a series of specific and in-depth measures, and build a solid safety barrier for the company's long-term development.

1. A company-level emergency drill

By simulating real fire scenarios, the effectiveness of the company's emergency plan and the emergency response capabilities of employees are tested. Let all employees understand the fire hazards of their positions, master the use of fire-fighting equipment, master the content and methods of alarms, and be able to put out initial fires and organize escapes.

2. Summary of an accident

At the safety training meeting for company monitors and managers above, Mr. Li reviewed the proportion of workplace injuries that occurred in the workshop over the years. Based on the frequency of occurrences, he analyzed the root causes, impacts and lessons learned, and guided managers to focus on preventing similar safety issues, draw inferences from one example, eliminate hidden dangers, and avoid the occurrence of similar workplace injuries.

3. A department meeting

In-depth discussion within the department about the learning experience of the Safety Day activities, formulating specific safety improvement measures based on the actual situation of the department, forming a departmental safety improvement plan, clarifying the responsible persons and timetable, so that all managers can sound the alarm in their daily management behaviors and take precautions before they happen.

4. A safety day promotion

Captain Wang of the Chengxi New District Safety Supervision Squadron came to our company to promote "I am responsible for my safety, I am responsible for the safety of others, and I do my duty for the safety of the unit" and the legal responsibilities that relevant personnel should bear after a safety accident. The company also releases a large amount of safety knowledge, excellent cases and other content through multiple channels to create a strong safety culture atmosphere, improve the safety awareness of all employees, and form good safety habits.
