In-depth study and practice of IATF16949:2016 system to create a new chapter in quality management!

In the context of the rapid development of the automotive industry, the importance of quality management has become increasingly prominent. In order to further improve the company's quality management level, Zhejiang Qingda Rubber Co., Ltd. invited teachers from outside to hold an IATF16949:2016 system application learning course for managers at the company monitor level and above on December 21. This initiative is designed to help company managers deeply understand the core requirements of the system to ensure the stability of product quality and the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.

This time, I mainly learned the application of the "Five Tools", the IATF16949:2016 internal audit process, the principles for formulating the "Quality Management Manual", the guidance for formulating the "Procedural Documents" process, and the specific application of various forms. The "Quality Management Manual" and "Procedural Documents" are the guidelines that all departments, processes and links of the company uniformly abide by. Through this study, all managers of Qingda Company have unified their thinking, established a quality concept, and improved quality awareness. I have a deeper understanding of the company's quality policy of "creating high-quality products, establishing brand, honest service, and continuous improvement"!

After the study, an on-site examination was organized, and the questions were combined with the company's quality policy and quality objectives. Finally, the papers will be graded uniformly, and the top three will be rewarded.

Our company focuses on strengthening system construction this year. This year, we outsourced 5 people to conduct off-the-job learning on the internal audit process and the application of 5 major tools. Earlier this month, Shanghai Aoshi Management System conducted a supervisory review of Qingda Company. Through the study and practice of this IATF16949:2016 system, Qingda Company will be able to establish a more complete quality management system, achieve an overall improvement in quality management level, and improve product quality and customer satisfaction. At the same time, this will also lay a solid foundation for the company's long-term development and help Qingda Company establish a strong and solid shield in the fierce market competition!
